I was very excited about the menu and the way the decorated the inside, but not so much about the food or service. For such... vibrant colors there was no vibe. Meaning you could hear crickets. You would think they would have some type of music playing.Service is fine, but not warming by any means. Tomato soup very plain; not much flavor. Beef dip?meat moist, ciabatta verydoughy (maybe toast it), and even with the grilled onions not a flavorful sandwich. No pizzazz!!! The space is nice, organic drinks were really great (but they don't have traditional sodas or iced tea). The fries were also... good and seasoned well. The downside for me is I got a hot sandwich and the bread was not really toasted /mushy. Also thought itwas on brioche and it seemed like just a sourdough roll. I don't really like cold sandwiches so the texture wasn't good for me.It also wasn't very much actually on the sandwich so the soft bread really took away from it. Top tier sandwiches packed with the perfect flavour combination! I had the Midnight Snack Breakfast Sandwich and it was one of... the best I?ve ever had. The egg was perfectly cooked, the bread was crispy and soft + the flavour balance was PERFECT. + theirsides are really good; the house French fries and the Kale Pasta Salad are tasty af. This space is clean and open-concept, youcan see your sandwich being made by their carving board directors. There are 5 locations around Los Angeles. Great experience here. A different experience out of the ordinary sandwich joints. They offer parking in the structure. Was... empty so it was easier to take our time to order. I like places like this that are different, fresh and delicious. Only thingthat saddened me is that my board seemed empty even with my food served lol I like the presentation though. I absolutely love and recommend this place! Their sandwiches are sooo delicious and their sides are an excellent addition to any... entree of choice. Their kale pasta is delectable and their fries are so perfectly crunchy, every bite is a small explosion offlavor. I personally recommend the Roughage sandwich made with goat cheese and portobello mushrooms. I forgot to mention thatthey have small brand of sodas with a different variety of flavors such as: Tractor - 100% organic Kola, Kola Cola lite, 100%organic Root Beer, 100% Blood Orange, Cheery Cream, Cucumber and Coconut flavors. Their flavored waters seem strange by justlooking at the name but they are so good and refreshing!! My favorite one was: Tractor - Certified Organic Berry Patch(strawberry, cherry + apple cider vinegar). The vinegar had me thinking it would be strange but it was so refreshing!! Otherflavors include: Tractor - Certified Organic flavored Blackberry (blackberries, apple cider vinegar + cinnamon) Tractor -Certified Organic Mandarin Cardamom (orange, cardamom + turmeric) Tractor - Certified Organic Strawberry Rhubarb (strawberry,rhubarb + apple cider vinegar) My friend is sometimes not too keen on non meat sandwiches but yet they love how good thesesandwiches are. They do have non vegetarian sandwiches on the menu, in fact they have 4 vegetarian style sandwiches to choosefrom and than many other great selections, oh and apparently they also have breakfast sandwiches. The metro line is right downthe block, across from the Wiltern so if you don't want the hassle of parking (no designated lot for this location), you caneasily ride up the red line and take a stroll through the park before or after if you want to.
