Usually, we go there with my family. This is my first ever solo visit to The Cheesecake Factory. Meghan C was my amazing server... this afternoon. The Margherita Flatbread pizza and the Cajun Jumbalaya Pasta is absolutely fantastic. I would rate Meghan C afive star server. She listens to exactly what I want. She made no mistakes at all. Nice experience at the cheesecake Grove the weather was nice so outdoors was very pleasant with the view and the blossom. The... waitress Kimberly was very professional and lovely she helped us with the QR menu. I loved the beetroot salad the stuffedmushrooms were nice but too small. The cocktails and the shrimp were very tasty and we enjoyed every bit of it. Like Godivacheesecake is amazing it feels like a melted whipped Godiva taste with different textures of chocolate that I loved the most outof all the chocolate cakes I ever tried. Read more
Expect a crowd on the weekends. The waiting list time doesn't take that long (10-15 minutes). So far the food arrives much... quicker and fresh quality. I love their big portions too. Read more

Usually I LOVE the Cheesecake Factory but?. Not tonight. Dry, lukewarm chicken & biscuits prepared without passion, care or... thought. I get it?s an hour before closing, but the standards have lowered at this store and for $22 bucks you?d expect atleast a hot meal- not a lukewarm one which is the expectation at McDonalds. Get any dish BUT this one. This review will havevery little impact on this massively popular store at The Grove- just don?t order this dish unless you want to be seriouslydisappointed. Read more
Very crowd place . We waited 15 min for a table ( Saturday around 15:00) . The burger was ok (just ok). The service was ok ( The... burger came with a sauce even though I asked without it but the waiter made sure to replace it with new burger). I ordered shrimp scampi & the shrimp was thickly coated in hot white pepper. The pasta was raw & chalky crunchy with a small... amount of canned tasting tomato sauce on it. Not pasta sauce. Canned Tomato sauce. They switched our waiter 3 times & they justdidn't really pay much attention to us. I sent back the bad food, paid the bill and went home. Never again. Read more
