A small kosher place tucked mid block on Pico. They have a bar separate from the dining room. I had the veggie chili. It was... very good but not enough. I would have liked a side salad. Hubby had the eggplant parmesan accompanied by a ceasar salad. Wow!I'll order that next time. They also have a few "impossible" choices with fries. Service was great, pleasant atmosphere. One of the best Kosher experiences ever. All fish dishes are cooked to perfection with nice crispy sear and delicious creamy... sides. The fries could be better. Carrot cake was mind blowing too. Service great. Brandon is great and sings a happy birthdaycheer so beautifully. Read more
This dairy restaurant has the best cheesecake around. Also, the cheese blintzes are FANTASTIC! These blintzes are almost as good... as my grandmother's homemade blintzes...beyond delicious at Milky Way. The salmon puffs appetizer is a sumptuous treat. Inaddition to the tasty food, this restaurant is special because it was created by Steven Spielberg's mom. Spielberg movieparaphernalia are throughout the restaurant. This restaurant is delicious! I haven’t been back since they remodeled it and was so happy to see how they upgraded the... space. It’s really tastefully done. The dining room has a nice homey feel. Ok, the food: Very fish heavy menu- everythingwas super yummy! We ordered the fish chowder- very decadent, creamy and had nice big chunks of fish. Def ordered it! Fish tacowere great. It came with a side of Caesar salad which gave me memories of the old place! Tuna melt was 10/10. There is a nicemix of healthy and heavy dishes which makes this restaurant a good option for lots of different type of people or moods.
