Hello everyone, The Stand restaurant in Century city is the best place to eat, especially since I work in the area. I came to... this restaurant to enjoy a burger and some fries. Overall, this was in a good environment. From my experience 10/10 dine inrestaurant. My first meal did not meet up to my expectations but their service overall is great! I appreciate that the staffthey really try their best to correct your desired order if there are any complaints. The staff are incredible and all havegreat work ethic. I want to leave a review about the chain of these fast food restaurants, it’s not bad, I often eat there, the food is even... healthy in a sense, but before closing, 20-25 minutes before closing, it’s better not to buy anything, because. the guysstart to get together and do everything at random, confuse orders, give out spoiled products (the other day I got poisoned byone of them, I had a temperature of 38.2, vomited, everything went away in a day) it was definitely food poisoning, today 3 dayshave passed since poisoning, decided to trust again and bought food with my wife before closing, tasting and smelling the verytaste of the missing sauce, which apparently lay in a warm place all day, I think that I no longer want to visit this fast foodrestaurant. What a shame. Today marked the third time this type of incident has occurred in the last four times I have visited The Stand. ... Each time, I arrived at the pick-up counter and waited for someone to help me get my order. While waiting, a delivery drivershowed up after me and the staff immediately helped the driver - not once did someone ask if I’ve already been helped oracknowledge that I arrived prior to the driver. Accordingly, either the staff lacks the proper customer service training ortheir standard is to give preferential treatment to delivery drivers. Should I ever decide to order from your restaurant again- highly doubtful - perhaps I’ll arrive with a delivery bag so that I won’t have to wait in line. Read more

their BBQ brisket sandwich taste like a mouthful of too sweet BBQ sauce! ???? If I wanted to drink BBQ sauce I would have... ordered a glass of it! The brisket - though I couldn't taste it through the bad over saucing - was tough with some crunch!?Brisket should NEVER have hard bits. Just a bad SMALL IN SIZE sandwich. Can not recommend! Nice place for lunch with a terrific menu. My wife and I tried a couple of different hot dogs and they were delicious. They also... offer free pickle slices on the side.
