Amazingly chewy noodles. The dipping soup is kind of like a gravy with pork chunks. It was our first time and we really liked... it, although it did seem a bit on the heavy side. We got a single bowl for the two of us and were happy with the portion Read more

Really great dipping noodles. My sister and I ordered 1 large dipping noodle bowl and it was more than enough for both of us. It... came out to around $24. I definitely think it would have tasted better if the noodles were hot, but I think it might be moreauthentic cold? Read more

Amazing texture for the perfect chew on the noodles. The dipping soup is kind of like a gravy with pork chunks. It was our... first time and we really liked it, although it did seem a bit on the heavy side. Artisan for sure Read more

Really unique and great ramen place. It tasted different from other ramen places I've been to, and the method for eating is... different as well, ingredients are dipped into the very rich and creamy soup. Gotta try this place out of you've never been.Leave a little soup and chasu at the end because they will give you a different broth to add to your soup to eat with. Over allvery unique and key word, different. Maybe traditional Japanese ramen is eaten this way. Correction: this is tsukemen which isdifferent from tonkatsu ramen Service is exceptionally good, they were very crowded but seats were available really quick andservers were very attentive. Tasty tsukemen. You can taste strong bonito and pork flavor. Noodles are pleasantly chewy. Love the texture. And don?t forget... ajitama, the eggs, which is so delicious. Something kinda threw me off is the broth(sauce) is not hot, barely warm. Since it?sa cold, windy night, I?m not too sure it?s because the weather or it?s what they usually serve. Salmon and ikura bowl is freshand worth a try too. Though there?s always a lot ppl waiting, it doesn?t really take long to be seated. And service is verygood, staffs are kind and helpful. Overall it?s really a nice place for ramen, recommend it. Read more

Noodles were perfect! Eggs were perfect (yolk was still runny, SO GOOD)! Broth was so flavorful! Definitely would go back for... more. It was also so filling so you don't have to worry about not having enough. The broth sticks to the noodles really well soit's easy to get a lot of flavor in each bite. Would highly recommend. This was my first time having ramen and oh boy was this place perfect. The pork broth and pork were magnificent with a creamy... taste to it. The mushrooms and other veggies truly compliment the dish and ordering at level two spicy will sure leave youreaching for water. Now the vegan ramen was exquisite as it brings out the flavor of the spices much more. Personally, I preferthicker noodles, so that was the only downside. However, they have some tasty cold noodles you can order. Now the service waspretty good and the place has a total hipster vibe. If you are looking to try Ramen for the first time, this is your place! Read more
