Sit at the bar, ask for Wendy, and pour a shot of sake for both you and her. As the owner, Wendy has made me feel at home here... in LA when I moved from the East Coast. Tsuri to me is family. On to the food. Some of the best sushi I’ve had in my life,chef CO is wonderful and brilliant. They also have new fish consistent so even if you tried something one week, come back andsee what is new on the menu. The place is understated and I like that. This restaurant is good for trying some new things. The plates are made with detail and there is a range of sushi rolls and... other Japanese meals. I liked the restaurant distribution because it has an open kitchen and you can see the chefs cooking live.They are very active and dynamic and it create a really cool atmosphere.
