I dont know what kind of magic is happening here, but this food made a non-vegan like me question my carnivore ways. GO here and... eat EVERYTHING! And wash it down with the ginger beer (non-alcoholic). I had the "fish" sandwich and my soul rejoiced with thefirst bite. My daughter and cousins (also non-vegans) devoured their "chicken" sandwiches like they were beyond finger lickin'good. Oh! The pickled celery on my "fish" sandwich might've made me levitate! $40 for two panini, a ginger beer and the smallest "large fries" I've ever seen. The portions were very small but the food was... absolutely delicious. Veggie Grill (Los Angeles) California health food chain restaurant located throughout California. Food*** Veggie grill is a... great fast food place for vegans with a fully vegan menu. We got the Kale quinoa salad and added tempeh. We also got a Santa Fechicken sandwich. The salad was tasty and a good portion. The sandwich was good as well but nothing revolutionary. We didappreciate being able to have typical fast food items made vegan though. Service*** Quick service, food is brought to yourtable and ordered at the counter. Atmosphere** Nothing flashy here as it?s a fast food environment but definitely a step upfrom McDonald?s for example. Price $ Inexpensive and quality food. Read more
Been in to the new West Hollywood location twice since opening. Not thrilled with their new menu. The food does not taste... healthy at all. The buns used for the sandwiches are way too thick. The majority of the dishes are fried and loaded with sauces.Sorry, but simply put, it was better before Covid hit, from both quality and value. Prices have gone up and the selections nolonger come with a side. Will not be back until they release a new menu. Read more
