Hubby and I have loved the food at this restaurant (and other locations in LA and the Valley)since we started dating 20+ years... ago. Even back then, the place drew crowds! This particular location is unassuming, not trendy or fancy-looking BUT that doesn'tmatter! The FOOD is what matters! Tasty, authentic, generously portioned and consistently good --- their meals area a hungryperson's salvation from boring cuisines! Food here sticks to your bones and feeds the soul just as well. I've never had servershere with bad attitudes, just attentive, friendly and efficient ones. The fried plantains and Versailles famous chicken dish hasnever disappointed! Read more

Oxtail stew and garlic chicken, their most popular items! Served with plantains and black bean soup. Hearty meal. Not the... cheapest but well worth with the quantity and most all top quality. Perfectly cooked, soft meat and tender chicken. Service isalso top notch. Read more

Highly recommend! After watching it on Triple D aka "Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives" with Guy Fieri about 7 years ago, I was in... the area finishing a rideshare and saw it was nearby. I just HAD to try it. I was famished after a great morning HIIT workoutand this was my meal to break my fast. The oxtail lunch special with plantains is just divine! As a Filipino that loves to eatkaré karé this was a natural selection. YUM! I'm coming back with my wife because I know she will love it here too. Read more

Delicious Cuban restaurant known for their garlic chicken. Great portion size, fast and friendly service, and tasty yet strong... margaritas. Their entrees comes with fried plantains, white rice, and black beans (can substitute for Moro Y Christianos), so itis very filling. Good for family dining and comfort food for all occasions. Indoor and outdoor sittings available. When orderingentrees + drinks, it can get a bit pricey. Expect to pay $45-50 per person after tax and tip. Read more

Excellent service. Food was not. The Cubano was not good. Almost little to no flavor. The arroz con pollo was bland. Saving... grace was the plantains and the waiters. The patio area was really nice. Read more

My friend and I came here for lunch. The reason I came was because I wanted to try their highly recommended ox tail. The ox tail... didn't disappoint and it tasted great. We also ordered the signature chicken and it also tasted good. The general atmosphere waswarm and the servers were pleasant. The interior and deco definitely showed sign of age. I felt their food portion andpresentation did not justify the price they were charging though. There is a parking lot in front of their restaurant so peopleshouldn't have problem finding a parking there. Read more

Though the prices have gone up through the years, the quality of the food and the service are still the same. The waiters are... always friendly and the food very comforting. Some might dispute the authenticity of the food as not being the best Cuban intown but for us it is (but then I am not Cuban!) I will say it's all in the sauce. Their garlic sauce is the best. You can evenbuy it to go. Now you have the choice to eat indoor or outdoor and their outdoor space is very welcoming. Great for families orfor a diner for two. Read more
