Been coming here in the early 80?s. No air conditioning back then in the summer The lines of people waiting to get into... order Unbelievable Such good food in a comfortable low key restaurant Now I live near Hollywood Blvd for a lunch Even this placeis always busy for lunch It will never be fancy But They give you Good portions and flavorTown Read more
Food was great but I'm not sure if it was the owner of the restaurant or an employee that treated us very badly. She tried to... rush us to order and we didn't even have menus yet. We tried to order some of the sea food soups and she said we needed to putall the orders together and started cursing us because I told her we didn't even have a menu. Read more
If you want real Thai food, go to Chuan Chim Thai Cafe instead. This place had no idea what prik nam pla was when I requested it... and the food was very sugary. The sauces and curries are nauseatingly sweet. If you want sugar-drenched, Americanized, non-spicyThai, you?ll definitely like this place. Read more
Had the fish soup with the burning flames and white rice, pork wontons my favorite! And the spicy garlic shrimp - the best! Just... that was enough for 3 adults. Read more

Food is great????, but I don't like the???? serve it.
Second time I buy on this location during the pandemic hoping to get somewhat of a great service since one can't eat here. But... for the second time that I buy the seafood soup it is so salty but so salty I'm just wondering why? Do they not taste before itsdone? Also why is the kung pao, and teriyaki so watery? I really hope this changes, I but I will not come back to this location. Read more
A co-worker introduced Vim Thai-Chinese Restaurant to us back when they were still on Hollywood Blvd. I remember ordering dry... noodles then but their ka prao (my co-worker's pick) is the reason why this is my top Thai resto. Can't find a place that servesbetter Crispy Pork Ka Prao than Hoy-Ka. Read more
