Horrible service. I went on a Sunday night, there was a black light skin girl that pretended she didn't see us. Asked if we're... there for pick up. Didn't give me my receipt after I asked for it. I ordered online and 25 mins later when I arrived my food was bagged and ready to go. There were 2 lines, one for pre-orders and... the other for ordering now. You can park on Figueroa or underground in the building's small parking lot at no charge (at leastwhen I was there). Read more
I called the order in about 9:45pm. 8 boneless, fries and a drink combo. My grandson's goes in to pay for his food and pick up... the order. They send him out with veggie sticks instead of fries..19 minutes later when I called the order in and picked uptheir out of fries..seriously. I go back in for a refund and I get a $1.00 and some change. O and we upgraded to a large fries.Waste of time trying to argue why so little change when they can't cut more potatoes to fill their orders that they alreadytook . Read more
Everything was disgusting. I did not eat the food. Fries were too salty and wings were not chewable they were overcooked.
They made a lot of mistakes with our order, but they were quick to fix them. I love the wings and the fries. Just go with... whatever sauce sounds best to you, and you can?t go wrong! Read more
This is the worst Wingstop, I have ever been to. I?ve ordered here 2 times, both times, I had unpleasant experiences. The first... time I ordered on Uber Eats & went to pick my order up & was told that they couldn?t find my order. The young lady on theregister seemed lost & the gentleman who was also in the front on register tried to help & even asked the manager for help. Themanager was very rude. This second time, the young lady who took my order gave excellent customer service, a male from thekitchen threw my food on the counter & asked me my name in a very rude manner. I asked the young lady (the same young lady whowas on register that seemed lost from the first experience), she told me it was next to the fountain, it was just the papertowel roll that is used for cleaning the beverage area, it was heavily stained from all the other customers, I asked if that wasthe only ones she said yes! I believed she just didn?t want to accommodate me & was being lazy! The first time I said I wasn?tgoing to come back because of the inconvenience but this time I?m most definitely never coming back here since the restaurantcan?t even supply its customers with napkins!!!
