Unique location, well designed. Smaller menu that has been well perfected. Follow the pin. It looks like it’s in the middle of... a building depending on where you park. Entrance is on White Knoll. Street parking was pretty easy even on a Saturday. Read more

Service was barely adequate. Food overall ranged from good to very good. Breakfast sandwich was loaded with bacon, but the egg... was hammered (basically hard-boiled) and the sandwich overall was dry. Biscuits and gravy was good - gravy was very flavorfulbut, again, the egg was hammered. Pancakes were very good, no complaints there. Never got a coffee refill as our server wasnowhere to be found, and basically didn't check in until it was time to take care of the check. So an average experienceoverall, and I won't be rushing back, but would return if friends wanted to meet there. Would also like an opportunity toexplore the cocktails. Read more

Had a wonderful dinner at Winsome on a Monday night. Booked a reservation not really knowing what to expect since the restaurant... had high ratings but all of the comments were about their brunch. Arrived a few minutes early but took nearly 10 minutes to findparking, ended up parking over 2 blocks away at the top of a hill. We were delighted by the atmosphere upon entering therestaurant. Cool artwork, relaxing lighting, and music from around the time of the Smiths. We were not disappointed when we wereserved our food. The menu had a great variety of original dishes. The food was great. Split 3 items, 1 starter and 2 entrees, between 2 people. We ordered the shishito peppers, short ribs pappardelle, and roasted chicken. Chicken was by far my favorite.Excellent flavors and very moist. Was kind of underwhelmed by the pasta but not altogether disappointed. Drinks were great aswell. The service was decent and while the waiter could have been a bit more warm, he gave us a nice history of the restaurantupon inquiry and was always within sight. At the end of the meal we hiked back up the .5 mile hill where we parked and ended thenight with a nice view of downtown LA. Would recommend this restaurant to friends. Read more
