The worst ever customer service by the Mexican/Latina girl at the counter. Me and my friend went to order pizza for lunch and... she told she does not take manual order, as she is on lunch. She suggested to scan QR code and can place an order. On enquiry,why she can?t take a manual order she told she can?t as she is on lunch. Don?t know why an employee is at front counter if sheid on lunch. BS customer service. The guy also did not want to take an order, and suggested to go to the other end to place theorder ?if you want?. Now after seeing the other reviews now I know how bad this place is. 1 dollar per bite, worse than mediocre pizza with questionable service. Avoid at all costs - pizzas run $19 per personal pizza... and are made from low-end ingredients. Two workers today chasing everyone off to another part of the area to pay cash and come back or use the QR code only. They... refused to take order at cash register, said if no one had a phone they can order somewhere else. People by the droves we allstill ordered by phone. Then when a few of us came back to get pizza they had agreed to take two men's order. some otherpeople complained about it to them, they just told us they didn't have a phone, but several other people at the time I ordereddidn't have phone/disabled/elderly and they refused service to them. Seems like this place is new. The pizza was ok. The crust was good but everything was very soggy so I had to eat the pizza... with a fork. Not what I was hoping. Also I though that the adjacent bar was part of this restaurant, but it was not, so I hadto order an overpriced drink separately. Read more
