I changed my rating from 3 to 4 because I saw a new face cooking in the back, he wasn't selfish with the meat and the food was... better. I'm going to be straight to the point here. The young lady( the cashier) deserves a promotion for being extremely kind and doing... above and beyond for us the costumers. On another note, your "ribeye" Teriyaki steak ain't Ribeye. Idk if it's the flavor butit's very bad quality. I know ribeye when I see it. Definitely would say DO NOT eat here . Friendly staff yea that?s fine but I go there for the food and it?s inedible. The first... time I got the steak and rice bowl and the rice wasn?t cooked . The 2nd time I ordered a large sweet chili shrimp combo bowlwith double the shrimp and noodles? they gave me a large combo bowl the same portion of the regular bowl?. AND on top of thethat the shrimp WAS NOT cooked. Shrimp was fishy and the batter had no crunch and the consistency of mashed potatoes. Nothingless than furious.
