The service was very poor I made my order and I clearly ask for a medium soda I realized the girl didn't charge it so I asked... her if she included my soda she only said no I cancel it turns around and didn't even bother to fix her mistake which it wasn'ta mistake because she heard me asking for a soda she just for some reason decided to cancel. The female cashier (Wendy) was very nice at the time of taking the order but when it came time to give me my order it all went... downhill, as the female cooks were in the back preparing or plating the bowls they were just gossiping and talking about thecustomers in the lobby waiting for their food. They ALL need to get a good class/training on customer service so that therestaurant doesn't loose revenue as people will start going next door or across the street to the competitors Read more

This is my first time, the staff was polite the place was clean. I've never visited the establishment in my neighborhood so it... was my first few times. I must say I was disappointed there was more sauce than there was rice and meat or the order was donesloppy, or upside down the container was placed in my bag and to be fair I went back three more times the situations just keptgetting worse. The Customer Service from the young man that took my order was great. The Food however not so much I brought the Large beef... bowl, it look like it was on a diet.
