The donuts are fine but service is unbearably slow. They desperately need more employees. If more than 2 people are ahead of you... in line expect to wait at least 30 minutes to an hour. Read more
Needs more employees. Gotta wait like an hour for some coffee. Also the plastic they use causes cancer. They're obligated to... tell us. They're so lazy that instead of just ordering different plastic containers they would rather just keep feeding us withthe cancerous ones. I know which. Plastics are cancerous too. It's the ones that they use to encase the croissant sandwiches,cheesecakes, and juice cups. Lazy staff. Long waits. It's not worth buying anything from here. Read more
Literally the worst Yum Yum Donuts ever. They constantly mess up my orders everytime I order and this time it is the last time I... will ever be ordering from this place again. I ordered a tuna melt. I get my order and it?s somebody else?s order. Two turkeymelts. I?m pescatarian. I cannot eat this. Sometimes when I order a tuna melt they give me a cold tuna bagel sandwich. I call totell them and the woman on the phone couldn?t really understand what I was saying and when I asked to speak to someone else, Iwas told flat out ?NO.? Customer service is so bad at this one. The employees are great. The donuts are good. Prices are high...the way I see it. Its a popular place. They offer different food... items. The place is fine. Parking is available but does get full at times. Read more
Stopped by just after midnight and the donuts were actually fresh. They were also delicious. Parking is a little tight but it... is LA. Definitely recommend for late night munchies. The coffee drinks and shakes/smoothies were also pretty decent. Have nothad the sandwiches yet but I definitely will next time I?m in LA. Read more
First time there donuts were fresh and they open early, very convenient. Would recommend to friends, family.
