Got breakfast takeout since we were in the area for the San Luis wildlife refuge. Ordered online. The scramBOWL was a big enough... portion for 2 meals and I didn't even end up finishing the potatoes or biscuit! Great value. The food was lightly seasoned yetflavorful enough. I would prefer half the amount of potatoes and some cooked tomatoes for more freshness and flavor. I don'tlike biscuits much and next time I will probably get toast instead of biscuits. Went in this morning for breakfast and had the best experience. All the hosts and staff were super friendly and our server... Jasmin had the best personality and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. The food came out EXCELLENT! By far thebest Blackbear diner I?ve ate at in a long time with the best service! Food and service was great. Was in and out picking up our food. Great breakfast place.

The food was delicious! The service... Umm was ok. I waited over 15 mins for a glass of water. Had to ask another server. I... couldn't eat the biscuits n gravy, though it was good, it was dry & i had no coffee or water. Perhaps extra servers should workthose busy morning shifts. We took it all home. Only ate the eggs.
