Good food, staff needs to listen better. They charged us for combos when we only wanted a sandwich and a large drink!
It was fine. Pretty standard for Carl's Jr. We were able to dine in, which was nice and they did have working bathrooms which... was also nice. But the only reason for the 3 stars and not 4 was that the bathrooms smell atrocious! You can smell them as youwalk in the building! There was also some weird gunk on the underside of the sink. I only know this cause my toddler touched itand got it on her hands. Nasty. Also, there is no changing table, which seems silly to me. So, long story short- the bathroomsare disgusting, but the rest of the establishment is fine. Read more
The double bacon cheeseburger was so good it makes my mouth water thinking about it. Customer service was wonderful! It was like... 9 or 9:30 at night and we were able to eat inside which was very nice since we had been driving for a few hours and hadn't eatensince morning so the food hit the spot. ???????? Decided to grab breakfast on our way to the bay, and I definitely regret my decision. The food was mediocre (did not come close... to what was advertised). The cashier lady had such a bad attitude and lacked customer service so much that it felt unwelcoming.I thought I ordered a combo, and since she neglected to read back the order (before eagerly swiping the card), I tried toconfirm that the combo came with a drink. She very bitterly told me that she only charged me for the burrito and not the combo.She did not apologize for any miscommunication, and made the entire experience just uncomfortable and disappointing.
