The food was fine and pretty much everything was fine untill the restrooms !! Did they forget to add the toilet seat protector... to the bathrooms on purpose or ??? especially since 100+ people pass threw daily I found it really odd that neither stall in rhewomens bathroom had any available seat protectors!!! ????????????????????one more thing they were staffed up so that wasn't theissue , but the trash by the front door was so full it started vomiting onto the floor ! With the amount of staff on hand therereally shouldn't have been a problem taking out the trash ! Don't they train that like on the first day ?? ???????? Just saying!!! Read more
Quick fast clean. Great location, staff is awesome, right across from Dutch bros. I see that as a win. 5 stars.
Location alone is great, conveniently located between 2 major coffee shops as for my understanding on my multiple visits a lot... of the business this Location gets is from people who are heading to the central valley or to the coast. This Location hasparking in the back just don't get stuck in your parking spot by the coffee shops drive through traffic. Went here for lunch and had the bowl, a little pricey and the steak was cold and dry. The place was busy for lunch and the staff... was busy and not so friendly. Will try again but not at lunch time. I didn't see their secret menu that other Chipotles have. Read more
This was one of the cleanest chipotles I have ever been to. The staff was super friendly and very helpful in making our burrito... bowls. We will definitely be coming back here in the area. Thank you so much for your hospitality and I appreciate yourrestrooms being very clean and you cleaning every bit of the restaurant religiously. When there were no customers or only ahandful of customers or no orders currently being placed the staff constantly kept cleaning. This goes to show that they are ontheir feet and active about the cleanliness. Read more
If I could out no stars I would. The worse experience I had at a Chipotle. Ordered food online said it would be ready around... 745pm. I asked how long will it take they said it will be 15-20 mins because on orders backed up. I understand that but afterwaiting 30 mins I asked again and they said 15-20 mins again. I told them I waited 30 mins the last time they said that. But Iwaited again and still my food wasn't ready. I counted at least 50 to 60 people came in and ordered before I even got my food.You had employees on the main line have no one in line and just standing there when they could be helping out the onlineorders. Once I got my food I checked it and my whole order was wrong and way under portioned for what I'm paying them for. One Iordered extra chicken and usually I always see the extra chicken but when I opened it. They were hardly any in my bowl. Anotherone looked like it was going to feed a bird instead of an adult.
