Total garbage can worst service yet 30 min wait and couldn't get the order right never again
Everything was cold!! My onion rings in my burger were hard as a ROCK!!! I asked for 10 ketchup packets but only got 5 !!
Horrible service and they take 20 minutes to even order even though no other car is on drive through besides you
This jack in box is a pale comparison to the other in los banos. They are slow three cars in drive thru took almost 45 min to... get through. And they are sloppy, almost every aspect of my order was wrong. And the staff always seems likes it's thefirst-time they have done their job. Terrible Read more
Warning Jack in the Box at West Pacheco is serving triple fried potato rocks. We picked up 4 breakfast platters this afternoon.... When we got home and tried to eat we found hash brown patties that were like ROCKS! There was no potato left in them just hardcrunchy dry unedible rocks. I was busy all day and could not get back to complain until after dinner. The manager on dutytonight would not help me and said I have to come back in the morning and speak to the day manager. When I asked whom I shouldspeak to she refused to give me a managers name. This will be cross posted on Facebook, Yelp, and Gogle reviews. Read more
I ordered a Jumbo Jack with cheese. I took a bite and realized it didn't have cheese. I brought it right back. The manager... said she'd correct it. When I opened the box, it was my same Hamburger with a slice of cold cheese in this now cold hamburger. I called and spoke to Martha, the manager. I told her health code, she should not have even taken the food back and second heremployees touched my already bitten hamburger. She hung up. I'm going to follow up with corporate and the Health Department. Read more
