Drive thru. 2nd lane has an issue. The speaker is Abnoxuously loud and the attendants are unaware of this as they Scream... "Welcome to McDonald's!!!!????". If you have a car I recommend the left lane. Next complaint is ordering a chicken sandwich, came burnt like they used Old Grease. The sprite was only carbonated and I had to wait for my food after the window. Also Iasked for light mayo and it was still globbed on there. Ordered the cheese Danish is it seemed to be melted down tomush. Inside is updated like the other micky ds. Customer service and food isn't always this bad but recently they droppedthe ball on Me. Inside it was very dingy and the floors happened to be very sticky. On the other hand the staff was polite and courteous. Huge... plus the french fries were very fresh. Read more

I went through the drive thru and the manager Clarissa who gave me my food was so rude. I asked her for ranch and she rolled her... eyes at me, and slammed the window in my face. I have never been treated like this at a mcdonalds. Do better and hire betterpeople. Read more
McDonald's isn't what it used to be.... or maybe it's this location. This location doesn't have great customer service I really... don't like going to this one but is closest to home only been to this one in LB 3 times and still have the same thoughts since I1st went there. Was asked to pull over before getting my order. Responded "No thanks. I will wait here." They gave me an incomplete order and... sent me off. When I came back for the rest of my order they all pretended like they had no idea what I was talking about. Afterbeing yelled at, told I am blocking the driver thru and threatened with police, they finally concede and give me the rest of myorder. When I finally go to eat I get a greasy mess of a burger. Wanted to try the shamrock shake for St. Patrick's Day so before I pay I ask do you guys till have the shake available and... cashier says yes. When a get my food the girl says we don't have the shamrock shak, what do you want vanilla, strawberry orchocolate? No apology and does not offer to give me my money back. Fries were cold and soggy and I asked for mustard on myfilet-o-fish and I literally only got one drop. Very disappointing customer service. Read more
