I?m a big fan of Starbucks and its coffee. So, on a recent drive through to San Francisco, I decided to stop at this store to... pick up a cup of brewed coffee. Shortly after I drove off, I took my first sip and quickly realized that I was served roomtemperature coffee - suggesting it?s been sitting in the pot for a while/was stale. I was so disappointed that I couldn?t bebothered to turn around to complain. All Starbucks stores should live up to the same product and service standards that theircustomers have come to expect. What can I say - yet again, Starbucks has delivered good service. I visited from San Jose and arrived to get a large coffee and... a breakfast sandwich while I did my daily devotional; they were short-staffed, the door was locked, and I had walked 12 minutesto get there. One of the Baristas sees me at the door trying to get in, walks over, unlocks the door, explains the situationabout being short-staffed for the next 20 minutes or so, And allows me to come in and make my order anyway. Of course, I had towait outside afterward until the lobby opened up, and they had enough coverage to open up the lobby, but the Barista didn't haveto do that, but she did! That's what I call "good service" - thank you, Starbucks!!! I definitely would go again, and I'mplanning on going there in a few, even as I'm writing this before we decide to head back to San Jose later today. Read more
The young woman who took my order was awesome! She was quick and efficient. My only disappointment was how long it took to get... the coffee. It wasn't horrible by any means but, it seems that establishments with a drive-thru seem to focus most of theirmanpower on getting those orders out while the inside customers wait a bit longer. Decent service but sometimes they got a lot orders messed up! They are next to a Jack in the Box and it's in a great convenient... location. The place is actually really nice inside with decent amount of seating. Read more
This is in my opinion the best Starbucks in town. I don't know exactly why but it just is. The associates here are polite,... accommodating and genuinely nice. The restrooms are usually decent and so is the store. The food here is just as good as anyplace. The location is less than desirable but they cannot directly help that, but they offset it by getting people in and outexpeditiously. Sometimes at certain times of day the associates are willing to socialize with the customers and I appreciatethat, it fosters a good relationship. Read more
