Picture this: 11pm 7/20/22, store is empty. Order 8 wings and fries to eat there, and sit near the fountain drinks by the... register. 30 mins pass, and I get up to ask how much longer, and the lady working hands me a bag that has been sitting on theirshelf. Apparently she called my name and I didn't hear it. Instead of getting my attention, or I don't know, bringing my foodout, they let me sit there. I was the ONLY customer in there and they have a long window from the kitchen into the dining roomand can obviously see me waiting - I wasn't sitting there just cuz I was vibing to the music. Awful service but she gave me newfries when I asked her to replace my cold, sweaty fries, so 2-stars for not being awful about that. Read more

Despite what everyone is saying, keeping your professionalism at a job where everyone expects you to have it RIGHT when they... want it, is near impossible. I don't care if you're being paid $5 an hour, or $200 an hour, EMPLOYESS ARE PEOPLE TOO. Sometimesyour food may be cold, or may be undercooked, don't take it to the heart... Simply return right away to get it remade, or checkyour orders in the store. BIG shoutout to Ms. or Mrs. Maria De Los Angeles, not sure if she's the manager but someone boost herup to another level of authority! The food is garbage every single time , while eating their food I?m left with a nasty slimy... taste which makes me concerned if the chicken was stored at the correct temp or how they handle the food. Place is an absolute nightmare, will never be returning here and will be sure to let others know of the incompetency and... disrespect. Manager Jeremy and Cashier refused to complete my order because they ?didn?t have enough cash? for a $100 bill,instead they suggested I go elsewhere to break it and return to place my order. I have worked in the industry food before, andit?s unbelievable that at 6:00PM the restaurant has not more than $70 in the entire store. It?s late, it?s dark, and all Iwanted was to order my food but they were so quick to just dismiss me and have me go elsewhere, return when I had the cash theywanted, what is this? Unfortunately, this isn?t even the most infuriating part, after another customer, a complete stranger,stepped in to offer his assistance and help, the Clerk and Manager magically had cash! They had the nerve to offer to break mybill in order for me to payback the man who saw the absurdity and payed. We were both shocked, where was this cash when I wasplacing my order? This was not a matter of not having money, I was happy and willing to pay! Frankly this was a matter ofterrible customer service and a restaurant who has no common sense. Pretty clean, staff was helpful and friendly. Chicken was cooked well and was as expected. Knocked off two points for the... staff letting one of their kids put his sneakers on the front service counter. I had no idea where this kid's shoes had been. Other than that, place was nice, took about 15 minutes for my order, and it was delicious. Read more
