Food is great few times I've been there. Reason for the low rating is they have very deceitful practices for charging you for... the food you order. Last time in there ordered the Duo, was told it came with fries. Then when I got the bill I was chargedextra for the fries, I was like why. To me if the restaurant says "it comes with" means no extra charge. Even the menu as Irecall did not say "Fries extra" (I'm not talking about combo) so in the end on the menu it says 8.49, walked out paying $16.09almost double. They might have charged me for a glass of water as well. So again food is great but be very careful as therebilling is bad. This is not the first Los Fresnos Restaurant I have been in that has very questionable billing. Read more
This was the first time we went to this restaurant. I was hesitant because I normally don't have good experiences at new... restaurants. Our server was Rodrigo very polite and we had a positive experience. The food was amazing and they have a goodmenu choice. The food was prepared very well and quality of food was excellent. This place was great!! Food was good and arrived quickly. Area was clean and spacious for a small spot. Was kinda cold buta... jacket fixed that. Has music playing in the dining area and single person restrooms, also clean. Prices are very reasonable andquality was great! Staff was nice and very very attentive. Definitely gonna cisit again.
