Today I went by and I order a bigmac and a couple of hot n spicy's. When I got home and opened my bigmac there was no bigmac... sauce on the bigmac there was a large layer of mayo on it and it tasted horrible. The mayo on the hot n spicys had a weird tasteas well. I was very disappointed. Read more
This location lacks on a lot of things seems like the managers that pass through this store don't know how to handle this... position. Cashiers are VERY rude. I was there for 40 minutes waiting for my order, and other customers where watering for evenmore time, one of the cashiers dropped someone's bag of food on the floor and she just picked it up and handed it to the lady,the lady refused to take the bag that was just on the floor and asked for her order to be made again since the burger insideunrapped and condiments where all over the bag... the cashier wiggled her eyes and said it'll take another 40 minutes to makeher order again. This store is just disgusting I can't imagine what they do to our food when we don't see them. And yesterday10/6/2022 they forgot to put cheese on my CHEESSEburger I mean I paid almost $9 for a burger with no cheese. And why are theyadvertising an adult meal when it's not even available? The tables were dirty, trash bins were full, ketchup was on the wall by the ketchup dispenser. No cups for the ketchup, the male... restroom urinal were clogged up, the water pressure was very low to wash my hands, and the fire alarm control panel was beeping. Read more

I am not a fan of this place, however since it's one of my son's favorite restaurants I buy food from here for him. The staff... has always been very friendly to us. Most of them know us already because we would go there alot. The other night we ordered aTexas Meal burger, no onions and a Quarter pounder. Both with Large fries & drinks. Son gets home with our food only to findout the fries were half full ???? Giess they are to busy to make sure their orders are delivered right. Read more
My food was cold. The fries we soggy and not fresh. The McNuggets we as well cold and burnt. My drink was water down. The staff... looked like they were lost and didn?t know what to do. Over all experiences not good. They need new Managment or Owners. How issome one supposed to enjoy their food if they restaurant management doesn?t care. Read more
Ordered a Big Mac with extra sauce. Opened my burger box to find a burger basically sitting in a soup of Big Mac sauce. Couldn't... even pick it up to eat it, so I had to eat it from the top down. There was so much sauce, I couldn't even see the bottom bun. Idon't know if the person working was having a bad day or just decided to be sarcastic when it came to "extra" sauce.
