My new GO TO place for Italian cuisine! This place has been around for awhile, but recently I remembered it as I was craving... Italian food to celebrate my birthday with a friend. The salads were what I remembered with fondness as the vegetables are soFRESH snd seasonal. You can tell they know how to source the best ingredients. The pasta was so perfectly cooked, sauces wereon point and chicken was tender. The pizza was also thin crust as I like it, toppings were new to me, but they worked! We endedwith tiramisu dessert to celebrate. AMAZING!! The decor was all photos of Italy and places that brought back memories for myfriend, who traveled to Italy. Aldo?s is my family?s favorite restaurant and we have been coming here for years now. The food and service are both outstanding... and we still have yet to find an Italian place with food and atmosphere better than Aldo?s! They never disappoint. Giuseppe andhis team are so friendly and make you feel right at home. The restaurant is quite small and feels cozy, which is complemented bythe better-than-homemade food. My family and I will continue coming back to Aldo?s and I recommend you do the same! Read more

Fantastico! I stumbled into Los Gatos restaurant royalty. I was craving a fresh hot homemade meal on a cool, early November,... evening. When I sat down, I was warmly greeted by Giuseppe. I immediately ordered the Mediterranean Salad which ended up beingenough for two - light and delicious. After looking over the meal I wanted something on the lighter but warm. I couldn't getpast the Minestrone. So I ordered it as my entree. Giuseppe even commented to me that since it was cold he was going to have thesoup himself. ( a VERY Italian thing to do) The minestrone was piping hot. So I had to wait a minute while constantly stirring.This soup is THE DEFINITION of home made comfort. The vegetables were crisp, flavorful, and prefect in combination. The base wassmooth, light, and savory. I could not have been happier with the food and the conversation, and friendly interaction ofGiuseppe and staff. I will probably have most of my meals at Aldo's next time I am in town. Not only was it delicious withlarge portions, the pricing is ridiculously reasonable! We live in LG and like to support our local restaurants. We stopped by ordered a pizza to go. It was ready in 15 mns but they... handed us a cold pizza! It looked like a premade veggie pizza with the extra toppings we requested just set on top. Didn't looknor taste fresh. Very disappointing! Read more

Service and food were indifferent, we have had excellent meals there so maybe a bad night. Don't order the fish as it is always... overcooked. Both of our meals were from the"specials" list so maybe you should avoid. Some restaurants use that list to get ridof overstocks. Read more
