I?ve been to many Baskin Robbins through the years and this one on Pollard Road Los Gatos is the best of the bunch. All of the... staff especially the owner go above and beyond for great customer service. I love Baskin-Robbins ice cream but the icing on thecake ?no pun intended ? is the service specially by the owner. She sets the pace for the rest of the staff to have a absolutelygreat store to come into.No matter how you?re feeling when you walk in you leave with a smile on your face with the exceptionalservice and of course the ice cream is so good. Due to the poor air quality during the recent... wildfires, we had to move our dates multiple times and Ellen and team were super accommodating.
