The worst Chipotle that I have been to, the high school guy just threw the food to me which really is really rude!!!!
I was there yesterday to try their new garlic Guajillo Steak burrito, which was very good. I asked for chips, salsa, and... guacamole that I never got. They also weren't serving fresh brewed iced tea, which loses a stat for me. The cashier seemed tohave problems using the reward app on my phone. I was there at 12:55 PM, and my host was Justin. Teens these days really don?t want to work. The places closes at 10pm so I go in at 9pm hoping to get some dinner. I notice that... all the employees ( a handful of young men) are already almost done breaking down the grill and clearing and cleaning the bins.So I ask if they?re out of things, Suspecting the answer I got.. which was that they were out of almost everything fromguacamole, steak, pollo Asada, brown rice, sour cream, Pico de gallo, etc! Essentially saying that they not going to makeanymore regardless of the time of having an hour left and a line behind me because for them the night is done. If they want totry getting out of work earlier then hours of closing should be changed to 930pm. I?d hate to be an owner of a place whoseemployees want to shut down earlier than they should and turn away profit. Read more
I had been craving Chipotle carnitas bowls for weeks and randomly drove by a location on Los Gatos Blvd. around lunch time a... couple of weeks ago. So I swing my car around and so glad I did! The counter staff was welcoming and efficient. The food wasgreat. The restaurant impeccably clean. Did not disappoint on any level, and I was not sorry I spent my hard-earned inflated $there for lunch! No regrets!! Read more
