Took nearly 26 minutes to get a medium double cheeseburger meal. Has to ask for my cup and then the sweet tea was likely in the... tin for the entire day and not refreshed. Just awful. It?s a above average McDonald?s location than where I?m originally staying cities away where the service is worst but very... active self order booths & fast friendly-ish service. bathrooms get used a lot I?d avoid sitting hear that area of the smell.Outside seating nice during the summer. What a bad joke and poor guest service provided at this location! I ordered two egg and cheese biscuits substitute round egg for... the folded egg. I was given two sausage egg and cheese biscuits. I return back to the location and explain the mistake. Theorder was remade using the same biscuits that were previously given with the greasy sausage patty attached. They simply removedthe sausage patty and since the cheese slice was mostly stuck to the sausage patty they added a new slice of cheese. That wasterrible and the breakfast was non edible as I do not eat pork. This was a waste of time and $13.07. Lazy and unacceptable! Read more

I wish I can give this location 0 stars. 3 women employees kept neglecting me when I told them that I had a mobile order of 2... coffees and a fish filet. I was waiting in my car for so long, so I came back in for help. There was a lady and she was servingother customers that came after me, I thought she would help me after but instead, she completely ignored me. It was past halfan hour and she was still taking her sweet time, she still kept rejecting me even after showing the receipt. It had been 50minutes since they officially gave my order. But they gave me the 2 coffees without molded fiber cup holders. My hands could noteven handle it and then I officially placed the coffees in my car. Then I was driving around the street, and then one of thecoffee cup's lid opened and started spilling a bit on my son's left thigh, thankfully we were near a parking lot so heimmediately got out without burning his thigh. They were racist because I am a Muslim and I was wearing a scarf around my heador also known as a hijab. This is my first time experiencing something like this and before. I had no issue with this locationbut this experience I had was during the last time I went to this location. Seems as tho fast food was on the horizon this week mostly due to road trips and work schedule. This breakfast at McD?s was... good. Fresh, made to order and a deal using the app. BOGO breakfast sando and you can?t forget the hashbrowns. Coffee is simplepleasure and they don?t make a bad black coffee just plan ahead and not sip that cup for an hour or two after order!! J/K butdamn it?s hott coffee. Plenty of parking within the Los Gatos McD?s. App ordering is easy and fast for this restaurant without adrive thru. Way to go McD staff! Oh and clean restrooms. Read more
