This is for the Los Gatos location. A few months ago, had a great sandwich there. Today, I ordered the same sandwich. It had... barely any chicken and cheese. It was mostly bread. Called to let them know and they really did not seem to care. It isunfortunate that during COVID, some restaurants have stepped up and improved, while others have declined.
