This is for the Los Gatos location. A few months ago, had a great sandwich there. Today, I ordered the same sandwich. It had... barely any chicken and cheese. It was mostly bread. Called to let them know and they really did not seem to care. It isunfortunate that during COVID, some restaurants have stepped up and improved, while others have declined. In the past, I've had good experiences here with service and the quality of the sandwiches. I haven't visited for some time... until just recently. The quality seems to have gone down a bit, but it might have been an anomaly. What was harder to dismisswas that I ordered online to pick up and take home. I arrived in 15 minutes which seemed about right, but had to wait anadditional 30 minutes for my order once I got there. There were four other people waiting as well. They weren't understaffed.Perhaps they had a huge call-in order, who knows, but they didn't communicate that there would be a long wait even when asked.When I got my order, it was missing an item that I'd pre-paid for. They said they had run out of it, and were unable to refundme for it because they didn't know how. Nothing was offered in exchange, though I didn't really want anything else; just arefund. It felt like it was mostly a training issue, but was definitely frustrating. Read more
