I've lived in Silicon Valley for 18 years, on weekends we usually go to different areas of the bay. Los Gatos is one of my... favorites, because it is close by and there are many options to eat. This Thursday we went for lunch and after living in Kauaiwhere I discovered asai bowls for breakfast, I wanted to try this healthy option. The place is small, it only has tables inside,the staff is very friendly, they helped me choose my lunch: A Supergreen Goddess Salad, chicken ???? egg ???? cucumber ????green goddess dressing feta cheese ???? mint superseed crunch which was delicious and a chewy marshmallow for a sweettreat. They also have toasts, paninis, wraps, juices, many options of açaí bowls, smoothies, Numi tea. They have anapplication to earn points: Spend $10 = 100 points. So upset because I love Vitality Bowls at every other location... the one in Los Gatos is a joke. I always get the same drink Go... Green, and the past 3 times they?ve messed up the order. Last time it was so bad I actually thought they gave me the wrongdrink. When I asked why it looks like this, they said they were out of 3 of the main ingredients... So it would have been niceif they told me they were out of stock before I paid for this overpriced celery water! Makes me so sad to waste money when Iknow other locations put in so much more effort. Every other location is super quick, friendly, and makes my Go Greens thickand creamy!! I love Vitality bowls, maybe the downtown Los Gatos location needs new management. I've tried this place twice, once for a smoothie, once for an acai bowl. Both times they were below average at an above average... price. If you pay $9 for a smoothie, I expect it to be pretty good. I won't give it another chance again. Read more
Went with my friend to this location for the first time for a quick brunch and ordered the typical açaí bowls and Panini?s. My... friend wasn?t pleased with her sandwich and something tasted off (I tasted it as well- tasted like old greens/somethingexpired). After talking to the manager, instead of allowing for a replacement, he told her replacing her meal would be a ?wasteof money on my end? and refused to replace it and that she ?could see the ingredients before ordering?. After accepting shewasn?t going to be able to replace it she began proceeding outside of the shop when a random customer decided to call her the Bword ever so casually. They then got into a verbal altercation with NO response from the manager whatsoever. As an avidVitality Bowls supporter, this experience was beyond disappointing and I know this location isn?t going to be one I?ll bevisiting again. Read more
No kidding about the wait. If you have 30 mins to spare to wait for a smoothie or bowl this is your place. Super slow and no... urgency! Finally got the Match Madness and it was tasty and good! Hence the 3 stars. Lost 2 stars for mismanagement. Read more
A high price for them to get our order wrong (2 separate times) and give us.old fruit. Not worth it.
