I've lived in Silicon Valley for 18 years, on weekends we usually go to different areas of the bay. Los Gatos is one of my... favorites, because it is close by and there are many options to eat. This Thursday we went for lunch and after living in Kauaiwhere I discovered asai bowls for breakfast, I wanted to try this healthy option. The place is small, it only has tables inside,the staff is very friendly, they helped me choose my lunch: A Supergreen Goddess Salad, chicken ???? egg ???? cucumber ????green goddess dressing feta cheese ???? mint superseed crunch which was delicious and a chewy marshmallow for a sweettreat. They also have toasts, paninis, wraps, juices, many options of açaí bowls, smoothies, Numi tea. They have anapplication to earn points: Spend $10 = 100 points. So upset because I love Vitality Bowls at every other location... the one in Los Gatos is a joke. I always get the same drink Go... Green, and the past 3 times they?ve messed up the order. Last time it was so bad I actually thought they gave me the wrongdrink. When I asked why it looks like this, they said they were out of 3 of the main ingredients... So it would have been niceif they told me they were out of stock before I paid for this overpriced celery water! Makes me so sad to waste money when Iknow other locations put in so much more effort. Every other location is super quick, friendly, and makes my Go Greens thickand creamy!! I love Vitality bowls, maybe the downtown Los Gatos location needs new management.
