I ordered from Willow Street Los Gatos on DoorDash, since this is closer to my work than the Willow Glen location. I ordered a... margherita pizza and a kids salmon dish. Unfortunately, the broccoli that came with the kids’ combo came with a little worm ormaggot… wasn’t too big of a deal, since everything else besides the broccoli was eaten. Truly, I do not enjoy writing bad reviews but based on what happened tonight it is warranted. My two allergy kids wanted some... pizza, it needs to be gluten free and dairy free. We called them we spoke to two different people at the restaurant they saidthat's totally okay, we will charge you 18, we're going to do the kids pizza for the allergies needed. When we drove all the wayto pick it up for dinner ,they said sorry we tried to call you and tell you but we're going to charge you $50 because we have tomake it large. First of all I checked my phone no one called us. They called someone else. Which really shows how unorganizedthe restaurant is. And second of all they had absolutely no remorse. Espically the manager. In the end I refuse to pay forsomething that I was lied to. And I feel like they should have still honored the price due to what they told us. It's not myfault that nobody knows what to do there. And it's affecting the customers. I hope the owner and others reads this and teacheshis staff to not punish the customer for their own negligence. Great food. Pizzas are amazing. Only thing that would make things better would be to come at happy hour.

We ordered the garlic cheese bread and it was bomb! Our party enjoyed a couple of lime chicken salad which was good enough for a... salad- the rigatoni with sausage was delicious and a hearty serving. We loved loved the bread pudding, it was fire with the icecream! I’ll have to come back to try the pizzas. The outside patio was too cold to sit out on even with the heaters but it wasa January evening. Inside we were seated quickly and our server was great and attentive. Mediocre food, shallow tepid flavors. Romaine gorgonzola would have been fresher if they just gave us a bag salad from trader... Joe's. Crushed Yukon gold potatoes were basically boiled potatoes with parsley sprinkled on top. I would have expected them tobe oven roasted for being on the starters menu. The 9 oz. Willow Hamburg was really good! Instead of hamburger bun, it’s wrapped in a thick pizza crust. I prefer the NY style... thin crust better, but this crust is quite good. The hamburger is served like a sandwich cut into two halves. They are so bigthat I could only finish one half, and have to pack the other half to go. Read more

I have been living in Silicon Valley for 18 years and I think the same time going to lunch in Los Gatos. Among other restaurants... we have always been to this pizzeria. The quality of the food is excellent and the people are very attentive, we ordered thehomemade honey wheat bread which is delicious. Then salads, my hubby's favorite is the Cesar and the Willowburger BraveheartAngus Beef, bacon, caramelized onions, gorgonzola cheese, lettuce, tomato, roasted garlic aioli, served on freshly bakedflatbread with garlic fries. Substitute Impossible Burger. Daiya Vegan mozzarella. My favorite is the Pesto Chicken Sandwich:Swiss cheese, caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato and pesto aioli.
