My first time at this Los Lunas Baskin Robbins, was totally thrown off when the cashier rang me up and quickly threw away my... receipt right after it printed. He didn?t even ask me if I wanted my receipt which was the customer service thing to do. He wastoo distracted talking to his coworker. Not a good representation for their business. Never had this experience at any ABQBaskin Robbins before or let alone any other business. Read more
Always stellar customer service! And delicious ice cream!
Brought my nephews in for a treat. We all got milkshakes of different ice cream flavors. The young lady was very nice. About... four hours later all three of us started having serious gastro intestinal issues! I think the milk she used was bad. Althoughthe shake tasted good, that was the only thing we all had in common during that time frame. I went through a couple pairs ofshorts and some very not so pleasant sounds coming from the bathroom but by the next morning I had won the war. Read more
This B.R. is by far the best location. The workers are amaizing!!!! They are so helpful and respectful!!! They are the sweetest... to our little girl. Especially the older blond woman! I don't know your name but you are the reason we / my little girl loveyour store. As for some that claim that they've had a bad experience. It could be because you came in with a bad attitude! We got here 10 minutes before closing and they still treated us very nice! Lots of different varieties of ice cream. My kids... were very happy with the new cups of ice cream and the crowns they got included with the ice cream. This is a nice place tobring your kids after the park or movies. Read more
