Service was not up to par. We had to wait 15-20 minutes to get our table cleaned after having to seat ourselves. When we did get... service she was very polite. I understood that this place was short staffed and they did do their best. Food was good but not afull menu was being served. Read more

Ordered 20 wings and an order of fried pickles to go. Wings were to come with ranch. Pickles to come with southwest ranch. It... cost $35.00. We get home and the ranch is filled a quarter of the way. There is no southwest ranch at all. Okay, ?it?s justsauce, not a big deal? right? That would be the case if the person working the take out counter wasn?t extremely short with us,and completely lacking of any form of customer service when we picked up the food. Then when I call about the issue with thesauce, and the bartender who answered the phone cuts me off mid sentence and tells me she will get someone else that can helpme. Then proceeds to hang up the phone. I call back and speak to the manager, who?s name I believe was Tony says, ?thanks forthe feedback and I?ll tell them to fill the sauces up from now on.? Doesn?t offer to make it right to me who just paid $35.00for this food. What are wings without dipping sauce? What are fried pickles without dipping sauce? It defeats the purposealtogether. I?ll take part of the blame because I?ve had terrible experiences at this place in the past, but ordered from themanyway. That?s on me. I won?t make the same mistake again. For the prices you charge for your food, you?d think you?d have greatcustomer service, but the customer service is even worse than the food. With how much things cost these days, don?t spend yourhard earned money at this establishment. I?m not even sure how this place stays afloat at this point. Read more

This place needs to be shut down and reorganized. Only operates at 1/4 capacity. Wait for 2 people was 1 hour for a Sunday.... Manager needs to be fired. Manager to busy with something else besides helping out with customer service. Manager stayed therefor the entire time we were at the restaurant. It is sad how downhill this restaurant has gone. It was always our favorite so we keep trying it over and over hoping for the... best and each time we are disappointed. Today we ordered online with our order scheduled to be ready at 410. We didn?t receiveour food until 433. We quickly checked our food in the car and everything looked ok until we got home and found that the bbqbrisket sandwich we ordered, had a small amount of bbq brisket on top of a hamburger patty. This is not how it is supposed to bemade. I really wish they would get it together and get this restaurant back to what it used to be. Read more

Went here last night to watch the rest of Thursday night football. Was waiting to be seated about 15 mins and no one else was... waiting to be seated. There were at least 4 employees standing around who could clearly see me and my son up at the front andno one came to the front to seat us. After 15 mins of no one greeting us I walked over to the to go area and asked an employeeif we seat our selfs they ended up calling someone over at this time to be seated. Our waitress was Joslyn and she was so niceand friendly and very attentive that is who the one star is for. She was a five star waitress and is probably the only reason Iwould consider going back but only for drinks. We ordered an appetizer and our food came out all at the same time. Everythingwas brought out at the same time our appetizer came out with our entree. My sons Mac and cheese was cold and dry his Frenchfries were cold as well as my tots were cold. Not only that but the silverware appeared to be a little dirty. Now our food cameout probably 3-4 mins after we ordered which told me it was someone?s else order or it was sitting in the back under a heatinglamp because it was just way to quick. Plus my chicken wrap chicken was cold. I don?t send things back in fear of employeesgetting upset and possibly doing something to my food so we ate a little then got to-go containers and left home we stayed maybe20 mins if that. We walked in to a messy restaurant. The picture of the carpet was when we walked in. It was just as messy when we left. No one... cleaned up, at all. We ordered the sampler and the menu said it came with chicken. We were told it was by request only, whichwas not written on the menu. We were also told the sampler came with 6 wings. When we asked we were told it was only 4 insteadof 6. It was a horrible experience from the moment we walked in. Read more
