Very busy, leads to mistakess but boy are they better than mc donalds.
Food for some reason did not taste good it had old fries and the service was okay
I pulled up wanting this specific taste, I didn't want mcds or Wendy's. This location is awful because they never have any... ingredients and they're limited in their menu items. I don't why but I love Burger King's Whoppers!. I prefer the Burger King located in east Los Lunas in the Alberson's parking... lot. They are fast, polite, and get my order right! Read more
I had a taste for a couple of BK Big Fish sandwiches so I stopped in to this Burger King (my first time there) got my sandwiches... to go and off I went... when I stopped to eat them the fish filets were literally charred black... I mean burnt... I was able to choke down one but the other one went in the trash. This was so bad that I don't think that I can ever go to another BurgerKing as long as I live. Read more
A good cheap tasty place where you can go chill with your kids or spouce. The kids play area was so cool and fresh and the huge... windows allow you to see your vehicle from where ever you are sitting inside. .50 ice cream cones for the win! Restaurant wasclean and staff was friendly. Read more
Speaker wasn't working. Could not understand the order taker so I guess he could not hear us. Tried to communicate our order and... he could not answer a simple question of what sandwiches were included in the 2 for $10 and the signage board didn't show it.Got frustrated and left the drive thru. This isn't the first time I've had terrible service I thought I'd give them a try againthat was a stupid mistake on my part. Will not ever go back to this location. Read more
The food is always good but the service I got was rude, they had kept trying to rush me out, I asked for a change in my order... and all they did was put a new one in, didn't even refund me, and didn't even give me everything from what I ordered! Next timeI'm making the drive half way across town to get better service somewhere else. Read more
