Just got my order 11/29/22 at 12:00pm. amazing service absolutely phenomenal. Im not sure what her name is but she is an amazing... worker and never fails with the food. Always gets my order correct, usually pretty fast and friendly.
The order was wrong ( although I ordered two of the exact same menu items), the order was incomplete ( my fault, I should have... checked it but I just wanted to get home after waiting in the parking lot for twenty minutes for my wrong order). Shame. DelTaco used to care about customer satisfaction. Now, for whatever reason, they have slid to the lowest of my review choices for aquick bite to eat. I will not go back. If you do decide to go to Del Taco in los Lunas instead of Wendy's because the line isshorter - dont do it. To the management, please dont respond to this review. Order was wrong again. They did offer to replace but the chicken was good so I did keep it. Attitudes not so good

Horrible experience tonight! First of all the staff: They?re not rude they just can?t seem to listen. I had to repeat myself 3... times today in the drive through. I clearly asked for 6 chicken tacos and a Coke. She said Diet Coke? No a regular Coke! Then Ihad to repeat that I wanted 6 tacos. Then they had me wait on the side of the building in the parking lot (seems to be a usualthing) I can?t just grab my order from the window. I always seem to have to park on the side and wait. Then when they finallybring out my order they bring my a totally wrong order! I feel like this is all because of the girl at the drive thru orderwindow. I don?t know if she just wasn?t paying attention or what, but what should have been a quick stop to get dinner for myfamily, turned into a 15 minute wait because they can?t understand what 6 chicken tacos mean. When we finally got home with ourdinner, we were relieved we were home for the night. Nope. We get home and unwrap our tacos to find disgusting looking meat onthe inside and broken up. It looks like they had taken the last of their chicken and just thrown it into a tortilla. Thatchicken honestly looked like it could have been a few days old. The only person who was worth talking to was the manager when Icalled and was asking for a refund. He was able to help me and offered to issue a refund or remake the tacos. I am usuallypretty pleased at this location. But this was just awful. Read more
Only problem was they put item on my burrito that they didn't say was on it and the items weren't distributed evenly on the... burrito. One section tomatoes another section beans etc. Otherwise not a bad experience Read more
