First I'd like to thank my server Trish she was absolutely wonderful. The food was really good the only complaint on that end... was our eggs they weren't cooked to our liking and they were runny. But other than that good job Now on the end of theatmosphere..it started off ok but then the manager said hello to every single table except for ours and I wouldn't of cared if Ihadn't noticed we were the only "brown" people. She tried to be nice when we were paying but by that time it was to late forme. And then the 4 Anglo men behind us in loud voices were saying how they'd love "to ship" all immigrants from here. Just loudenough for us to hear. Hearing ignorant conversations early in the morning was disheartening and disgusting!! Especially in arestaurant where children are present. I know you can't control what klansman enter but we are paying customers as well and weall deserve to atleast eat in peace. Read more
The chicken noodle soup was one of the nicest things I've eaten here. A wee bit salty but the flavor was good. My server... Gabriel was kind and polite. That is slways appreciated. Read more
Waitress was working by herself and she needed help. We waited some time at the register before she was able to help us. This... was not her fault. Food was really good. Read more
Rude, argumentative staff. Blamed our mistakes on how we ordered. Out of several items we tried to order so offered other items... which we were up charged for. Had to get our waitresses attention several times just for refills or to ask for things. We werenever checked on by waitress unless we got her attention. We had to wait over an hour for our food due to a power glitch andwaitress stated they could not put orders in. After complaining the staff member continued to argue with me while very rudelyfixing the overcharges. She also stated that they don?t even have a GM and I said how is that my fault? I?m the customer. Allthe staff was in the kitchen talking about us very loudly when they were the cause of the issues. My waitress even stated theweather is bipolar because it was raining and lightning outside . This isn?t a way to speak in public. Especially not knowingyour customers. Very unprofessional . This Dennys should be closed until the GM is present and training and hiring iscompleted. I will not be going there again. I was also told since there were no regular fries I didn?t have to get them or Icould have said no to the seasoned fries. I?ve never had an employee argue with me over asking for up charges to be removed andstating my complaints. Usually I don?t complain or argue and I understand mistakes are made but this was by far my worstexperience at a restaurant. We were also told that the crepes come with hash browns and that is not what the waitress said whenwe asked for crepes only. Then tried to charge us for the full breakfast. There were many more comments and arguments made andit?s just so frustrating that they treat their customers so poorly. Read more
Our waitress Trish is the best. She is very dedicated and has been at Denny's since it opened about 14yrs ago. She ALWAYS... treats us with a big smile and a hug. She's definitely our go to waitress. She's the best. I can go on and on about howwonderful she is. I would also like to give a shout out to Benny the cook. He does a great job with our food. Read more
Food was good, waitress was nice and friendly. Most everyone likes booths but I need to remember to ask for a table because... there were flies all over the window. I asked my husband to close the blinds and there were smashed ones stuck on the slats. Imoved the napkins over for more room and there was a dead fly under it. Read more
Dead as hell took over 10 mins for seating service literally 3 tables there took over 30 mins for food to get to table and... appetizer came to us at the same time as food and was cold fry?s over salted charged me for bacon I never got Waitress was nicebut not focused at all? 7 employees 5 standing around gossiping not helping and we could hear there convo and no ac at time Read more
Denny's was very nice. The wait was a little longer because they're short-staffed. The waitress was awesome BUT it just kind of... irritated me because every time we asked her for anything she would say "okay yes, but they might charge you extra for it." Likemy son wanted toast on the side, or my club sandwich was great but I wanted a little more avocado. I'm very aware that anythingwe get extra is never free. Other than that and the wait Denny's was great. Highly recommend trying the strawberry & creamcrape! It was like heaven at the end of my meal. :) Read more
