I called in my pizza order 30 min early with a 15 min drive to Dions. When I arrived they had canceled my order & I had to sit... outside in the dark to an wait for them to pay $40.00 for a pizza. This is atrocious service. No coupon to encourage myreturn. JUST A "SORRY"! EVEN MY 2ND GRADE STUDENTS REOLIZE AN ERROR IN ACTIONS REQUIRES A CHANGE IN BEHAVIOR! This has neverhappened before. Our first time there and the inside of the establishment is very roomy and clean, they have a platform so you can see the cooks... working and making up the orders as they are placed, very good taste and plenty of ingredients placed on Pizza, you may order alarge but a medium will probably be just right, also great value and prices are very good, 3 ???????????? up... Employees are friendly, food is usually ok. Most recently, I got the saddest looking salad. This cost $5 for a "half" salad. I... actually measured the lettuce and it was just about 1 cup. It didn't even fill half the container. Prices are already high andthis was a shame. Read more

2/5/22 We haven't had a problem in awhile...we were told it would take 65 min so we waited then we got there and I wondered why... they didn't check the pizza like they usually do...the ham was slopped on after the pizza was cooked and the pizza slices wereall separated. Literally every piece was floating around the box like a bunch of single pieces were slopped together to makeours. The lettuce in my salad was brown and I guess the turkey salad doesn't come with much turkey or tomatoes or cucumber oronions and bell peppers? Sad to say we'll pass on Dions for awhile..... Consistent menu. Always good. Best deal around for dough balls (easy cheat for bread baked at home!)
