Ok so I love dominoes pizza especially their Philly cheese steak pizza and I'll Lava cakes but, the past three times I've... picked up my order there I've waited another 30 to 45 minutes after they had text me and told me pizza was ready to come and getit. One time I even went back home for them to calld and tell me to come get it I got there and waited another 20i utes becausethey had to remake it for whatever reason so I will go to another dominoes if I want it again because I don't want to wait 3 to4 hours for 2 large pizzas and a lava cake ugh!!! So frustrating when u live less than. Minute from them. On top of it all noone there tried to make it right w me offer me a discount a comped pizza or nothing I was lucky one time I got an apology ???? Read more
This place gets my order wrong 9/10, and when I called to make sure everything was correct I couldn?t get through to anyone. I... literally called 15 times and headed them pick up and hang up the phone multiple times. Read more

What a disaster this place has become. Two pizzas should not take hours to deliver. Domino's puts a tracker for the customer but... I guess this store does not care. So when you start the pizzas 25 min after the order is placed, the customer can see that. When the one hour mark hits and it is still in quality control, there is an issue. The girl was rude and unapologetic when Icalled to check on the order. When your website says 35 min to deliver and it takes an hour and twenty minutes to deliver thereis an issue. Unbelievable! I ordered 3 large pizzas YESTERDAY for my sons school party at 1pm today. His teacher contacted me that the pizzas... were still not there at 1:15pm. I called the store and the managers excuse was ?well sorry we didn?t expect to be busy it?s thenext delivery?. So I order 24 hours in advance and you don?t see that order as soon as you open this morning? So when I askedhim that and why as a ?manager? he didn?t plan better and get the ahead order out before the call in or online orders beingplaced today his response again was ?I can?t plan it I didn?t know we would be busy??..what? Your a manager and that?s yourresponse? Not a apology or anything just an attitude because I?m sure he?s some young punk. Then he hung up on me when I askedfor the store managers information!!! But who cares about the customer right, I mean you got your payment yesterday! UPDATE: Myhusband just went over there to just pick up the pizzas so the kids can get them and the store is wide open, phones are ringingand absolutely NO ONE is there. He called police dispatch over. This location is unreal. UPDATE 5/30/22: The GM contacted meand was very polite and gave us a refund and apologized. The pizza was really good, but why i gave this store 5 stars is because of an employee by the name of Chelsea (and her manager )... She was very professional and on a personal level our dog just went missing and we asked if we could hang a flyer. We weredisappointed that we were refused due to policy. Chelsea asked if she could have the flyer long enough to photograph it to poston social media. We are so grateful Thank you we will be back Read more
