I?ve honestly worked at this Ihop for almost two years now and never once have I had any problems with our manager Abby she has... been the most dedicated, understanding, helpful, and caring boss that I?ve ever had. She has worked hard to change our store forthe better and many customers would agree not just me that since she?s become manager many things have improved. Yes, sometimesthere are off days but no establishment is completely perfect but for anyone to demean the work she has done without knowing thewhole story should be ashamed cause no other boss that I?ve come across has been as amazing as her. Jeez 0 stars if possible . Went in this morning for breakfast , it was not busy the server was super rude no refills food took... forever . Pancakes were burnt and did not even come with the right ingredients. Like I know things don?t look like the picturesever but this is a bit ridiculous . Samantha was great! She was the only reason my family and I didn?t get up and leave, she waited our table because our waitress... completely ignored us even after she was told we had been here for over 20 minutes the only reason this even gets one stars isbecause of Samantha. 1 ?? star for IHOP 5 stars for Samantha ?????????? I've been an IHOP fan for the last 20 years but I will never eat at this IHOP ever again. I placed an order online then went to... pick it up. The lady handed me 2 full bags. So, i took the bags assuming the food was all there. Which was dumb of me. I drovehome only to find that we were missing my wife's meal. So I called to let them know what happened. The lady tells me that "Ileft a 3rd bag of food there." So, I let her know that I was only handed 2 bags. She tells me again that " she handed me 3 bagsand grabbed 2 then left." Even if this did somehow happen, wouldn't she have said something? This IHOP has no accountability. Inow understand why the Denny's two blocks is always packed and IHOP looks like a ghost town. I've eaten here 5 times in the last2 months, even left an $80 tip once. However, I'll never eat at this IHOP again. Denny's just earned a customer without doinganything... Read more
If I could I would give this place a 0 star. Bad service, no refills, and I found this in my pancakes... I'm pretty sure it's... the wrap around the whip cream bottle. CHOKING HAZARD! Wouldn't recommend coming here. Read more
The food was awesome. Enjoyed it very well. The place was busy but that didn't make us wait long. The staff is doing a great... job. Very friendly and attentive. Definitely a good place to have breakfast or brunch if you stay at Los lunas or on your waythrough I-25. Read more
IHOP is always a good place to visit. This place doesn?t differ much from the others. Clean tables, amazing food and nice staff.... The perfect breakfast place to go. If you?ve never been to an IHOP, you?re missing their pancakes. Read more
We went to have breakfast. On 11-11-22 Los Lunas New Mexico I ask for chicken and pancakes, The pancakes were burn, I tell the... manager may I have a better pancakes please? He got an attitude and say what is wrong with them? I say pancakes are burn, andwhen I coming to IHOP I expect golden brown and nice pancakes, he gave me a face and take them back, later coming with littlebit less burn new pancakes and ask me are they better? I was really mad so I say, they are ok thank you! Let me tell yousomething if I am going to the INTERNATIONAL HOUSE OF PANCAKES what do you think I expect? ITS THE HOUSE OF PANCAKES! Give me a break I was really desappointed especially because I realized your workers do not take care of your customers. That is sad!
