Not the greatest pizza, but doable with a hot and ready when a quick meal is needed.

So tonight was the 2nd & last time trying Little Caesars pizza. The first time they decided that what we had ordered was not... what we wanted, so they decided on their own to change our order. Tonight we decided to give them another chance. That was amistake. Firstly after placing the order for 2 deep dish pizza's the time went from 35 minutes to 55, then 1:20 minutes finallyto 2:05. When the pizza arrived the DD driver handed me 1 pizza.....I asked her where the 2nd one was. The driver said thatLittle Caesars had called & ok'd the change with us......NOPE .... no phone call nor authorization to change the quantity ofpizza's. I then take the pizza in the house & open it there's only pepperoni on it, not the extravaganza that was ordered. It isa thin crust & not a deep dish. Took the pizza back to them and demanded a full refund. There will not be a 3rd time!! Read more

Nobody answers n you should put on your page you only do online orders. Sometimes u just want to call and place an order instead... your forced to download the app n it's terrible Read more

I remember when Little Caesars was in it's early days and the pizza was good. Now what you get is so inconsistent; crust is... uneven, thin in some parts and thick in others, not enough sauce, etc. Read more

So yesterday I ordered 10 pizza's 6 out of the 10 were burned and it was for my son's birthday party. I've been calling since... last night being that I couldn't just leave my son's party. I want my money back and a manager to get ahold of me or have youremployees answer the phone. If I don't get a response I will be there tomorrow to talk to someone. They literally NEVER answer the phone. Whats the point of having a number when you never answer? I would give it 0 if I could.... Worst little ceaesars I have ever seen. The store isn't even clean and when I got in there was 4 people working which means theyjust ignore the phone on purpose. Why have a business if you're not gonna manage it well? Read more

The whole point of ordering online and being told a pick up time is to avoid the wait inside. Well, here i am waiting inside, 20... min after I was told it would be ready. Never got the email because they don't know how to use the online system. Came tenminutes after pick up time and it was still not ready. And now I get home and it's not even cut. Read more
