I have to admit I?ve never had a big problem with this McDonald?s in Los Luans but today they where horrible, they are starting... to charge for water and it took then 20 min to get my cousin her coffee and they didn?t even get her coffee right and when shesaid something the worker just rolled her eyes? worst experience ever. Joseph and Joel made our night with their kindness! Joseph was the FIRST McDonald's employee, in all the years going, who made... us feel welcome! He and Joel seem to genuinely care to get you taken care of. I know it's McDonald's but we usually feel likewe've annoyed the person taking our order in some way or they just don't wanna be there, that was not the case with these guysand at 10pm at that! I don't understand how this one's so garbage and the one a mile down the road is so awesome. Self order kiosks off this morning... and nobody to take orders. All me and 3 other guests got were dirty looks. However the other one seemed to have 0 issue wassuper clean and their line moved very quickly. Not sure what changed at this particular LL location but this McDonalds has seriously gone down in service. Wait times are... constantly 15 minutes, then when they bring food to the cars half the order is still missing. Then after waiting even longer forthe second half, they return and say they are out of X or the machine for Y is no longer working, yet failed to mention thatwhile taking money. Stopped by & ordered a Fish fillet combo Large & a Large Shake. I was charged $11.59 .When I was handed my order there was no... coke. So I let the woman working know there should be a large coke . She asked for my receipt & came back & said they had tradedthe shake & adjusted the price, it seemed pretty high but why would they lie? After getting home I couldn't see how my orderwithout a drink could be that high. So I went on line & looked at the pricing They did lie! why would they want to steal fromtheir customer? over a coke! I had my sons birthday party at McDonald's today. When I called and let them know I wanted to have his party there they wanted... me to call later in the week. I went to remind them about it and the manager said she was going to schedule extra staff to helpwith the party. There was no one to help. All they did was give me the stuff snd left. The cake was frozen and it tasted bad. Iended up throwing away the the cake. When I wanted extra drinks I had to wait ten minutes to even place my order. When my niecewent to order a frappe. They brought it to her without the wiped cream. When she complained the employee rolled her eyes at her.I won't be doing that again. I spent a lot of money to be treated like that. Read more
