I usually eat here all the time, but today was the last time. I went in for chow mein, orange chicken, and grilled teriyaki... chicken. The orange chicken was cold, and I went to go substitute my orange chicken for fresher food. The manager took his sweettime and came to my table. He told me he doesn't want to do it because I complain all the time? I've gotten a refund oncebecause of a hair in my food. I told him to touch it to prove my point, and I didn't wanna pay almost 20 for a plate of coldfood. The manager is a waste of oxygen, and I will not be coming back. Read more
Purchased a bottled soda as they did not carry the flavor/type as a fountain drink. After paying found drink to not be cold.... Asked for a cup with ice since they failed to refrigerate the drink and they declined my simple request. Apparently common senseand service are not trained here. Read more

Food was pretty good, (I took mine to go) but I got a little grossed out because, as I walked in, there was a gal who had a... small dog, at the soda dispenser, and she had the dog standing on the counter right next to the straws and the rest of the othereating utensils. That was rather disgusting. I did alert Mgt of this gross offense. This is just another reason that people needto leave their animals at home during the hot weather months, if you are going to frequent an eating establishment! Read more
There was a black hair in my food. I called the restaurant to let them know just so they can monitor the food better and the... manager was not being understanding and kept telling me in a defensive/rude way that it wasn?t one of the employees?. He askedme to take the food back and I couldn?t because Im working. I requested a discount on a future plate, he proceeded to laugh atme and still wanted me to bring the plate. Gonna stay away for a while. There seems to be issues with quality of service. My last 5 visits through the drive thru I have... had 4 incorrect orders. The photo is a picture of a small a al carte orange chicken. 2 problems it is not orange chicken andsecond there is just enough chicken to place on a spoon. Think I will start eating somewhere else. Unless you want food poisoning, don?t go here. I got food poisoning last week from their Black Pepper Angus Steak. I could... excuse that.
