This was an awful experience. Spent 40.00 for 2 pizzas curbside. Ordered online and called the number when we got there at the... projected time. The number goes to a call center out of the country and we ended up calling twice and still yet, no one broughtthe pizzas out. Had to go in and the cashier was rude. The pizza toppings were minimal and the sauce was very inconsistent.Filed a complaint online with a response that someone would call us and they never did. Read more
Posting a high star mark for Taylor and the other staff who were super friendly. Negatives? Well, they redid the inside and got... rid of the classic chandeliers and decor - looks like a McDonald?s now. Menu is lacking and the overall atmosphere of therestaurant (not the staff) was depressing and lame. Used to be a fun place to eat but now it?s in a midlife crisis like all ofthe other fast food joints. Read more
I never really had an issue with this Pizza Hut before. Just some small minor things I let go but this time was very... disappointing. The pizza arrived over cooked and dry. It?s either they take forever to get your order to you or it comes dry andalmost too gross to want to eat. Ugh Read more
Very disappointed!! We decided to dine in and when we got there we we're told from across the room to sit anywhere. Not a hard... choice cause only two tables were clean. We were only customers dining in mind you. There were seven employees standing aroundincluding the manager and we sat for ten minutes without even being offered so much as a menu! We decided to leave because ofthe lack of concern from the employees that they had customers waiting to be served! We won't be back ???? Read more

Seriously Pizza Hut. This location has messed up my order twice in a row, first time they didn't bring my marinara sauce with my... order of breadsticks and the second time they made my pizza on a pile of breadsticks! They didn't even call to let me know theywere out of crust which they weren't! Secondly when I called to speak to the manager she was laughing and seemed unconcerned. Sofor the missing marinara they put a whole $1.00 credit on my account rather than giving me a new order of breadsticks withmarinara sauce. Second time they credited my account $8.00 for giving me breadsticks as my pan pizza crust per even though Ispent $25.00 with delivery. I have not used the credits nor will I do business with them in the future because they play toomuch, they have a bunch of unconcerned little kids working there who like to goof off everytime I walk in to thestore. Apparently customer service is a dead art. Save yourself a headache and order from Dion's where the service is muchbetter. Read more
I really feel bad for the manager that working the night I was there...she was trying so hard, but the store was in chaos. Many... customers waiting on orders, myself they lost the online order, but found or made the pizzas correctly. My only gripe is that Ipaid for marinara sauce and got small containers for $1 each...which is a rip off...the owner of this location should beashamed, and train their staff better. Read more
