This used to be such a great place for a quick bite. The other reviews are right. The service is horrible and the unpredictable... hours are the worst. I went in for ice cream thinking it wouldn't be bad I mean it's just ice cream. Well I ordered an oreocheesecake master shake, there were no oreos at all and it did not taste like cheesecake. I also ordered a classic strawberryshake which is supposed to have actual strawberry pieces, it did not have any strawberries. Both were just regular ice cream notshakes. Go somewhere else! Read more
Usually only order desert here but I hadn't eaten yet so I ordered a burger & fries and 2 Blasts. When I got to the window my... food was ready along with 1 drink. As I sat there the cars behind me were getting there orders ran out to them. 20 minutes formy other drink. My food was ice cold & the drink was horrific. If I could give negative stars I would, I?d rather drive to the other sonic. Absolutely no way y?all are getting good service... here. Every time I?ve been here it?s been regretful. Service is bad, food is okay it would be better if I actually got it warmor the shakes still shakes and not warm melts. Do better. Read more
Waited over 30 mins for my mobile order at a stall as requested upon in the app, staff members never came over to advise me to... go the drive thru, when finally got my order ice cream was melted and food was stale, very disappointed with this location andit's staff members. They screwed up on my two meals talked to the manger Brooke's and she said to come back in the would fix it correctly, next day... went back in and again they couldn't get it right. Can they not read the orders correctly or they need to pay more so betteremployees will be wanting to work for this company. Read more
The place has really gone downhill l, not only do they close really early their qualify of food has been horrible. The fries... were old and brown and their grilled double cheeseburger is disgusting. The patties are so old and overcooked that they cover itwith condiments and cheese. You can only go through the drive through and good luck waiting less than 15 minutes for cold oldfood. I don?t want to come back here. Once I got to the end of finishing off my tater tot?s, at the bottom of the container the tots... came in there was a hair and debris that definitely was not food. It seemed like this container was possibly sitting somewherecollecting dust and was dirty on the bottom and it was still used. This totally makes me lose confidence in their sanitationpractices.
