Went into this store at 4:00, there was a family of 4 already served, employee was making 3 sandwiches which must have been a... call in because no other customers were there. She never acknowledged my husband and I, did not say one word, we sat because shewas taking sooo long. She never said I will be right with you, actually do not even think she said one word, we waited 15minutes then walked out. Subway definitely needs to train their help in customer service. Read more
Placed an online order. Went in got my order. My cup was accidentally given to me as a different size but they quickly replaced... it after checking my receipt. I go to fill up my drink I fill my cup with ice and lemonade and as my cup is filling I see bugsfloating on the top. I was shook I didn?t tell them anything because honestly what were they going to do? I stand there for aminute looking around and that place is a mess. It was great, even though there was a massive line, and the young lady was all alone, it wasn't too bad. I placed an order on... line, had arrived, and because I saw she was there by herself, I knew that I'd have to wait, so, I walked inside, and wanted formy order. She apologized because She couldn't take it to my vehicle. Which I said there's no problem, I perfectly understood thesituation. I felt bad for her because there was no one else there to help. I was kicked out of the store BEFORE I WALKED IN because they were closed.. At 2pm in peak lunch hours. These employees huffed... and puffed because I wanted my food that I ordered! Not only that, all 6 of my sandwiches were wrong! My Buffalo chickensandwich DIDN'T HAVE BUFFALO SAUCE!!! Do not come to this store if you are expecting good customer service and good food. Read more
