Loved the food, properly prepared. Cashier seemed nice and not all moody like some restaurants you go to.
A strangely challenging order experience. Cashier started off with exact change only for a cash purchase and only 2 drink... choices were available: root beer and tea. Luckily we like both options. Would not recommend this location to anyone, every time I place an order at this location they can never find my online order... while the whole time they have it there in front of there faces. Some heavy guy has a serious attitude problem telling methere?s nothing he can do since the order was placed on the app. Like I?m just going to leave while they already have my money. People save yourself the headache an just go to another location. These people nasty, not even an apology! Read more
Check your orders! We placed an online order and went through the drive-thru. Upon arrival at the window, they asked us to pull... forward to the light pole. After five minutes and no order, two vehicles behind us received their regular orders. After threemore minutes, we pulled to the parking lot and I went in. An employee asked for my "order" and I explained to them whattranspired. She then told me they lost my order and would remake it right away. As the next employee started to walk out with anorder, I asked if it was mine, it wasn't, and he walked outside only to return 30 seconds later with the order he just walkedout with. Another employee handed an order to a gentleman next to me, but his order wasn't remotely accurate. At this time, itwas evident the staff were far behind on orders because staff kept coming back with the wrong orders! I finally got my order(correct) and returned to the car. At this point, my wife informed me an employee had come to our vehicle and asked my wife whatshe was waiting for, when my wife answered, the employee told her they threw our order away because we weren't at the light pole- this was the same person who just earlier told me they "lost" my order!! Next time (IF we return), I'm not moving from thatwindow without our order. So I'm apologizing in advance of you're behind me at the window. Read more
Me and my friends always go after football games and have experienced really good service. The nigh crew is really nice and... always get our orders right and out really fast. The workers Manuel and Alexia are very hard workers and have made coming her agood experience!!! Read more
The night crew is the worst crew they have ever had. We are always missing food and they never get our orders right. We... ordered soft taco supremes got plain tacos no tomatoes or sour cream they put beans in em! We ordered a bean burrito never gotit. This is the ONLY Taco Bell in our area. Their menu has changed (tolerable). This location also refuses to give any change back... if you use CASH at the window. Okay, whatever... Tolerable, as well. But, when I go to buy some basic cinnamon twists for mykids, they are cardboard. I smelled one and refused them myself. Nasty. I wouldn't feed these to anyone! Let alone mychildren! When I called them to have them fix it they offered to replace the twists, and said to come back. So, foolishly, Ireturned. My husband comes back to the car with one dollar... The workers refused to make any new (they make cinnamon twistsONCE A DAY & only in the mornings). AND, REFUSED TO GIVE HIM EXACT MONEY BACK AFTER OFFERING HIM A REFUND. Not only did theyrob him at the window, but robbed him again on the return and STILL delivered no product. Read more
