Had a coupon for an order and it wouldn't scan. Instead of working with me to get the issue resolved, the manager wouldn't help... give me the coupon. No apologies for the inconvenience, nothing. He even say it was valid and on my phone. I have no tolerancefor bad customer service. Read more

Has to be by far the worst wendys location ever! They can literally only take 1 drive thru order at a time! Expect to sit in the... line for no less than 20 minutes, only for them to get the order absolutely wrong, despite repeating it TWICE! Good thing it?slocated in a gas station, you can fill your tank after wasting fuel sitting in line. Keep hoping it gets better, but I am sopoorly disappointed each visit, just have to stop going. I would leave zero Stars if this would let me. I don't want to do drive-thru eating, my car is not a comfortable place to sit... and relax where a dining room in a restaurant is. The Los Lunas Wendy's had their lobby closed at 7:00 on a Friday night. Itdoes not take that much extra time to make a lobby order as it does to make a drive-thru order. I will not go to Los LunasWendy's again. Read more

Extremely slow service. 2 burgers and 2 fires took more than 20 minutes. They didnt appear busy at all. I was the only one in... their lobby ordering. Lobby and restrooms were filthy. Read more

This Wendy's is a HOT mess. Poorly managed and seemingly incompetent workers. Often their lobby isn't even open. I go through... drive-thru and ask for their special that they are currently advertising and the girl has no clue. Every time I have beenthere there are all kinds of problems with the customers orders. I wasn't even able to complete an order with the girl at thewindow. Ended up going up to their competitor. When they go out of business I'm sure they'll blame it on covid, but they'llnever take a good close look at how incompetent and unprofessional that their business is. One of the worst fast foodrestaurants that I have ever seen. Read more

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Drive through took 30 minutes and by the time I actually got my food it is was cold. The... workers were making jokes and didn't seem to care at all. Don't waste your time stopping here there 15 more fast food places onthe road that are quicker and better. Read more

I was had lunch here and I ate inside. The staff and the food were lovely but the entire time I ate my food, I had to listen to... a man having a conversation about a complaint he made. The person he was talking to was a woman with brown hair in a black suit,she definitely looked she was a regional manager or higher. His complaint was about his wait time, I?m not sure how that time ofcomplaint warrants a conversation with a RM or high but that?s not what the issue. Customers have complaints all the time andshould be address promptly. The issue lies in the fact that this woman in a black suit calls over another woman (I believe shewas the cashier) to LECTURE HER IN FRONT OF THE MAN. That is so grotesquely unprofessional. I?m surprised the cashier didn?twalk out, I would have. Plus, this cashier was the only person taking orders and payments. Meaning she kept having to rush backand forth between the conversation and the counter. I cannot imagine any manager going out of their way to lecture anotheremployee in front of a customer. I cannot I believe I just witnessed such a display of unprofessionalism. Read more

I just left this Wendy?s I ordered a five dollar biggie bag and a Dave?s double with no pickles or tomatoes. I live in... Albuquerque but happen to be in Los Lunas at the Homedepot so I stopped to grab dinner on the way home. When I get home myburger has pickles and tomatoes on it not to count the fact that I sat in line for 15 minutes just to place my order. They wereonly serving one person at a time not even taking orders as they come in making people wait until the order is out. Then Icalled to talk to a manager to complain and they have a completely full mailbox and they?re not even answering the calls orexcepting phone calls. This is the worst experience I have ever experienced from Wendy?s in my life. I am allergic to tomato andnow won?t have dinner. I have to throw this away. Read more
