Can?t say enough about the people and food! Father?s Day meal was delicious , great huge Charcuterie Plate. excellent IPA and... Shira. Pup, Ama, was too sweet as were the flourless cake and giant marsh mellow covered in dark chocolate/almonds. Host waspatient with my newbie deliberations, let me tast the IPA?s. This delightful open air restaurant has been transformed from the previous dingy bar that was here before. Tasty original food... selections paired with a good selections of beers and wines in a comfortable and cozy open seating area. Service is excellent,friendly and supervised by the owner's dog! My 3 sliders with grilled onions were generous and delicious so I took one home. The side was included and I chose the cup of... today's special French Onion Soup. That was delicious with lots of onions and herbs, which made it taste unlike the traditionalFrench version. Good though. Not so good was the loud hard rock...not musical and not conducive to our foursome's conversation. Read more
What a find in Los Osos. We happened to visit on a Monday when the farmers market was happening out front. Kind and professional... staff, dog friendly, and all items we had were fresh. Did the charcuterie tray (she warned us about the size), corn quesadillasand lentil soup. We tried but failed to finish charcuterie board, but upside is we have breakfast and afternoon snack. What a fantastic spot for food in Los Osos! New favorite spot. Our food was excellent and the outdoor seating was fantastic.... Could not have been better in any way. Food came out quickly and was delicious. Beer was cold and service was extremely helpfuland friendly. Super excited to bring more of our friends here. Not enough good local spots like this on the central coast. Newfavorite. Read more
Very disappointed, it's been two years since I've been here and the quality has dropped drastically. Ordered two Brat's and some... brussel sprouts. One brat was extremely soggy, filled with oil or water. The other brat was just fine, no soggy bread, no excessoil or water. The brat's come with fruit, one strawberry had dirt on it, the other was bad. The other brats orange had a hair.The brussel sprouts were extremely lack luster, the chorizo was burnt. The order was to go, but was eaten one block away atBaywood Park Pier, not enough time for the bread to become a sponge soaked mess. Writing this review is disheartening, I lovedthis place the first time, but there must have been a change of cook's since then. Dirty fruit, excess oil, and humancontamination are factors that lead to health issues. I hope the management reviews their kitchen. Read more
Excellent spot. Fresh and delicious food, cozy and clean environment, and beyond friendly service. Would go back in a heartbeat.... I had the grilled cheese and split pea soup. My hubby had the sliders with bacon. We also bought a peanut butter stout that wasamazing. Read more
